Processes

We have been involved in the non-ferrous industry for the last 25+ years. Our experience is vast and unique when it comes to evaporation pond systems. Since 1994 in Salar de Atacama in Chie, we have been actively working with on of the largest and most important non-ferrous operations in the world. This experience has been used in Argentina as well for similar purposes. We have developed a proprietary new technology for crystallization based on solar energy, which not only makes this greener but also more efficient (under patent process).

Lithium

Lithium is arguably the key to the future and we know it for some time. That is why in the past 25+ years we have been involved in the development of numerous lithium plants in Chile, Argentina and Australia. Also, we have developed new technologies to hydraulically transport saturated brines up to 200 km (125 mi).

Potassium

Potassium is key to daily life, it is needed on so many different things, little and big. Our experience in potassium contains unique knowledge to it’s process which involves temperature, crystallization, compaction and brine management.

Iron Ore and Copper

These two metals are arguably the most important to most industries. Both of them are used from tiny things, such as computer parts, to big things like cars and buildings. Both of these metals are commonly found in harsh areas, sometimes with little access. We know how important is to be able to deliver this to a useful place whether you need to store it, process it or ship it. Mineral Sands

Moving sands can be challenging. Some of them are hard and materials suffer accelerated wear. From dredging and onsite classifiers, to long distance hydraulic transport, mineral sands are tricky. We have experience working with them in South Africa and Brazil.
